Es wurde im Jahr 1888 von unserer Familie als kleines Nebengeb\u00e4ude f\u00fcr die Feldarbeiten, insbesondere in der Sommerzeit, errichtet. Wir haben das Haus restauriert und ausgebaut, ohne dabei die Essenz der urspr\u00fcnglichen Konstruktion zu ver\u00e4ndern. In K\u00fcche, Ess- und Wohnzimmer sind die Natursteinw\u00e4nde teilweise beibehalten worden, die mit einheimischen Materialien ausgestattet wurden: mallorquinischem M\u00f6rtel, Kalk und recyceltem altem Holz.<\/p>\n<p>Architektur und Innenausstattung spiegeln den Charakter, die Pers\u00f6nlichkeit und die Geschichte des Ortes und dessen Bewohner wider, ohne dass sie an funktionaler Qualit\u00e4t eingeb\u00fc\u00dft haben. Details und kleine Winkel machen das Haus und den Garten zu ganz besonderen und gem\u00fctlichen Pl\u00e4tzen.<\/p>\n<p>Das Haus ist nach S\u00fcden ausgerichtet, mit freiem Blick auf Ariany, im stillen Tal nahe dem Sturzbach \u00bbNa Borges\u00ab, angrenzend an die W\u00e4lder der Finca Mont Blanc.<\/p>\n<p>Es liegt rund 2 km von der Ortschaft Santa Margalida und ungef\u00e4hr 10 km von den Str\u00e4nden im Norden Mallorcas entfernt.<\/p>\n<p>Auf dem gleichen Grundst\u00fcck bewirtschaften wir einen Obst- und Biogarten. Dar\u00fcber hinaus halten wir ein paar Bauernhoftiere.
